Mijn naam is Robin Bouwhuis. Ik studeer aan het Saxion in Enschede. Voor mijn opleiding tot
verpleegkundige heb ik de opdracht gekregen een verpleegplan te schrijven voor mevrouw
de Bont. Dit verpleegplan is geschreven om mevrouw de Bont te helpen leven met
chronische hartfalen en met telemonitoring. De rol die in dit verpleegplan centraal staat is
die van zorgverlener. Dit zie je terug door het diagnosticeren de prognose bepaling en de
interventie bepaling. De algemene rol in dit verpleegplan is die van de samenwerker. Door
mevrouw en haar man mee te nemen in alle mogelijke beslissingen laten we deze rol
terugkomen. Ten slotte laten we de professionele rol: professional terug komen door te
handelen binnen de wet- en regelgeving en de beroepscode.
