Assignment B - Lesson Plan Form and Paragraph

Introducing the first conditional, for the function of talking about
proposed future events; Events that may happen in the future or
is likely to happen. Helping them understand that the first
conditional is a way to connect two separate however related
events.
Lesson Type: Grammar Lesson Aims:
Students learn how to use the first conditional and become
familiar with its different uses like making proposals/offers,
warnings, and promises.

To contrast the use of future simple and present simple in sentences
such as 'We'll go to the shop together if Dad gets off from work.'
Students will understand the form and function of the first
conditional through the presentation in the warmer stage.

To identify structures of the first conditional in English and to recognize
A2 (Late elementary/ key lexis.
Level of Class: pre-intermediate) Lesson Objectives:
Teenagers (14-16 years old) Students will practise producing form accurately through
controlled practice activities.

Students will practise producing the form communicatively through freer
practice activities.
Students already know present simple, present continuous, past
simple for common verbs, and would is familiar with ‘will’ for
