Climate change is a critical worldwide threat with severe, and sometimes irreversible
consequences. Over the last years, Africa is becoming warmer and is becoming a
vulnerable continent amongst other continents in the world. In this essay, focus will
be on how Africa has been impacted by climate change on food security, health care
services and finally how the coastal cities have been affected by climate change.
These African climate change issues are real and serious, therefore is also important
to discover solutions using research methods in order to solve the problems brought
about by climate change in the African continent. Often, climate change is seen as
something that is just abstract, but in reality it is a serious issue that needs to be
dealt with because it impacts all human beings in the world and that includes Africa.
