However, there are other type of leadership such as:
Visionary leadership
Directing Leadership
Servant leadership
Coaching leadership
Pacesetter leadership
Strategic leadership
Here I will discuss two leaderships along with their advantages and disadvantages.
Laissez-faire leadership known as Delegative leadership. This leadership barely leads and
delegate initiative to team members. We can consider this leadership as a real hands-off
approach.
Advantages:
Maximize the team member leadership skills
Experienced employees can take advantage of their competence and shine.
Encourage innovation and creativity.
Create a positive work environment.
Make more individual work satisfaction
Disadvantages:
Downplays the leader role
Difficulty in change adoption
Create opportunities for employee litigation
Reduce the definition of command and responsibility
