PYC4808 Assignment 3 Portfolio 2026 - Due 30 September 2026 Naidoo Family Case StudyThe Naidoo family was referred to a university-affiliated psychology clinic by Maya’s school teacher because of her increasing withdrawal, repeated school absences, and a significant decline in academic performance. She stated that she has been brought to therapy because she is “the easiest person to blame” and that no one is willing to look at what is really happening in the family.Priya and Raj acknowledged that their relationship has become strained. They described themselves as more like “housemates” than partners.
