, Question 1
1.1 What would you, as an analyst do if you got conflicting answers for the same procedure from two
different people you interviewed, especially if one was a clerical person and the other was the
department manager?
The first thing to do is to get the two people together and have a discussion to flash out the conflicting
answers so that we all have the same understanding and right answers that we will all agree on, and
decisions must not be taken until we have the correct answer or until the conflicts have been resolved
Question 2
2.1 Focusing on the attributes of the Order class, what problem does it suggest?
From the diagram, it is obvious that the customer details are in the same class as order detail and
customer details so the class should be removed so that redundancy is reduced in the system
2.2. Using your knowledge of object classes, suggest a solution to the above problem, and redraw the
diagram accordingly.
NOTE: make a sketch, only using the given attributes, and assuming reasonable relationships
