QUESTION 1
1. Activity 1.4: Promoting the SDGs
In this activity, I focused on raising awareness of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and
explored how they can be incorporated into human resource development (HRD) practices. I
engaged with different SDGs and reflected on their relevance to HRD. I provided examples or
initiatives where SDGs have been integrated into HRD practices, demonstrating how they contribute
to the development of both individuals and organizations.
2. Activity 2.7: Reflection on my characteristics as an HRD professional
After evaluating myself against the characteristics of an HRD professional, I reflected on which
qualities I have well-developed and which ones I still need to work on. I realized that characteristics
like being results-driven, investigative, flexible, and responsible for continuous professional
development are crucial for my success in HRD. For areas that need development, I’ve outlined my
action plan for improving those skills. I also celebrated my strengths by acknowledging the
characteristics I excel in, providing examples of how I demonstrate these traits in my professional
life.
3. Activity 3.12: Identifying my learning style preference
I completed a learning style questionnaire to identify my dominant learning preferences, such as
whether I am more visual, auditory, or kinesthetic. After reviewing the results, I reflected on whether
they align with my personal experiences. If the results resonated with me, I explained why and how
these preferences influence my approach to learning and training in HRD. If the results differed from
my expectations, I explored the reasons why I might have other learning preferences and how I adapt
to different learning environments.
