Afrika for All
(DAA), can take the case of Mr. Martin Ricardor and the community of
Magadi to the
African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights (the Commission). The
case concerns the Republic of Sofala's alleged failure to provide basic
necessities such as clean water, schools, roads, and health facilities,
