resource requirements of an organisation.
Waltham forest college.
Waltham Forest College is in Walthamstow in East London and was founded in 1938. Waltham Forest
College offers many courses to students, including hair and beauty, care, business, management and
accounting, catering and hospitality and so many more.
Recruitment planning
Recruitment plan refers to a prearranged strategy for hiring employees. It acts as a timeline for companies to
find qualified applicants without causing downtime for the company, recruitment plan identifies the goals for a
particular position.
Development of the college:
There college has been developing through various of factors one of them being by making internal
decisions, it relates to what happens within the business including introduction to new technology such as
computers and screen boards for its classrooms. The college is aiming to proceed to develop in the future
by considering the new skills their staff may require having. Another factor is external events, it influences
the colleges development from outside of its direct control. This may also affect the development in the
future such as government policies, labour market competitions, the changing nature of work and
employee expectations. These can all affect human resource planning, because the HR must consider the
factors from both inside and outside the college. Waltham forest college has developed over time as it
follows a certain regime of accepting students and employees that will bring in more success and better
outcomes for both the college and the individuals resulting in colleges development, this is one of the
reasons why the HR are required to plan accordingly as accepting the individuals that they may not need
or who may not bring in success will affect the colleges development.
Internal factors impacting the HR requirements of the college.
Organisational needs: the organisational needs consist of making sure that organisations such as
Waltham forest college have the right staff for the right tasks, as organisations constantly are
changing, and their human resources need to be able to adapt to meet these changes. For
example, the demand for a specific course will affect how many employees are needed to teach
