- The government institution managers need to think about the project from the

PPE in the facilities for readiness all the time.

• Community that are served by government institutions are expecting a higher
quality service from the public service to ensure that all services are rendered
as allocated in to different areas and with the effective, efficient utilisation of the
resources available. They expected quality services for the three basic
variables of programme management with reasonable budget constraints of
time, cost and quality also expected services delivered on time and satisfied
also meet the need of the users.
• Programme quality management process of ensuring that each project
associated with the programme will satisfy the needs of the community. Quality
management activities will ensure comprising the overall management function
that determines the quality policy, objectives and responsibilities, and their
implementation of quality planning, quality assurance, and quality control or
improvement within the quality system to ensure running smooth of projects.
3. Quality
- is the products and services that are expected to meet or exceed the
need and expectations of the customer at reasonable cost and must be
also within the budget government institution will ensure the meet the
goal of excellency with delivery services.
3.1. Quality assurance
- Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) ensure that quality
assurance development of the programme processes of identifying
objectives
and strategy where the client interfacing and organising, co-ordinating
