KEY statutes for each. PS: My favourite topics to revise were Adverse Possession, Easements & Freehold Covenants [although mortgages are very interesting]

This is supported by examinations of their intrinsic and extrinsic qualities, how the particular purpose of the goods is taken into account, and the extent to which reliance upon the seller’s skill and judgment is reasonable. This essay is concluded by judgment upon economic issues surrounding such concepts in the field of commercial sales.
