Unit 9: Team building in business

This is assignment 1 for Unit 9 Team Building which was graded as a distinction. The assignment has in depth knowledge of team building. This assignment is based on a College called Petroc but also has some infomation and knowledge about Tesco's.

Showing the ability to work as a team leader and team member through active participation in team activity, reflecting on your own effectiveness in team activities and use feedback to plan improvement in performance, working efficiently as a member of a team and as a team leader and use feedback to assess how conflict was managed, and demonstrating initiative, self-management and creativity in the professional development of team skills.

Discussing the roles in an existing team at a chosen business, giving clear links and references to a recognised theorist, discussing the dynamics of an existing team and how they work towards their goals, analysing the roles and dynamics of an existing business team and make recommendations for improvements to its cohesiveness and evaluating the effectiveness of an existing business team, including overall team performance, individual performance and leadership linking to theory.
