Summaries to week 1-2 of Philosophy of Science. Contains notes to the book chapters, articles and lectures

This was my favorite course as a Bachelor's student for Communication Science. I took it in the second semester of my first year (2019) and it was the best course of the whole Bachelor's. I passed it with a very good grade and so I think this summary is helpful to those taking the course as well.

The study questions and their answers from all the weeks of the course, covering all the material. These got me a very high grade on my exam and I guarantee it will do the same for you.

The summary gives tables comparing different philosophers, has the information of the lecture slides included and gives a summary of the entire book we had to read for the course. Honestly, spending 9Euro is better than reading the whole book haha :)

Summary of the Philosophy of Science course for year 1 of the bachelor Communication science at the UvA. The summary covers all chapters of the textbook and a brief summary of additional readings. Content from week 1-7 for Philosophy of Science partial exam 1 and 2.

The chapter intro, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, additional summaries of Latour, and a brief summary of additional paper of Karl Popper (Three Worlds). I summarized each paragraph in an understandable and easy way with additional explanations with examples about confusing parts. I got 8.6 on the partial exam 1, and 7.2 on the partial exam 2 (got a lower grade on the partial 2 because I had no time to read chapter 11, 12, and 13 but I still got 8.2 on the part that I read).
