1. Attitude toward the behavior
2. Subjective norm
3. Perceived behavior control
These three determinants cause intention, and thus, behavior. A person needs to have a favorable evaluation or appraisal of the behavior in question, need to experience either social pressure to perform or no social pressure to not perform the behavior, and, that person needs to perceive the behavior as relatively easy.
