Palpate and NAME lymph nodes:
-pre-auricular
-posterior auricular
-occipital
-tonsillar
-submandibular
-submental
-anterior cervical (superficial and deep)
-posterior cervical chain
Inspect and palpate trachea for deviation
Examine thyroid
Assess CN XI for accessory function
Observe for JVD
