Signs/Symptoms: asymptomatic, severe
perianal/intravaginal itching typically at night,
vulvovaginitis in girls, enuresis.
Treatment: Pyrantel pamoate 1mg/kg max 1 g two
Pinworm doses given 2 weeks apart for whole family. OR
albendazole 400mg PO 1 dose and another in 2 weeks
for whole family.
14 days of Quadruple therapy:
PPI, amoxicillin BID, metronidazole BID, and
clarithromycin BID (PAMC) OR
H. pylori treatment
PPI, bismuth, metronidazole, and tetracycline for 14
days (PTMB)
Celiac Disease Vitamins b12, folate, B6, D, iron, folic acid, zinc
susceptible no infection
HBsAg negative
Anti-HBc negative
Anti-HBs negative
