been recalled, revoked or suspended take part in any Chapter conferences or activities that
are not open to the overall public? - ANS-No
Can a member who isn't always in precise status take part in any Chapter conferences or
sports that are not open to the overall public? - ANS-No
Code of Conduct Prohibited Acts: - ANS-1) No Candidate or Member shall request, require,
propose or invite every other candidate, member or other person, whosoever, to carry out or
be the sufferer of any of the specified prohibited acts
2) Meeting with applicants with out the chapter advisor or his designee
three) Require Candidates to drink alcoholic beverages or some other liquid
four) Require consumption of food
5) Inflict physical or emotional abuse
Fraternity has outlawed what? - ANS-Pledging and dispensed with the commonplace
exercise of having pledges
Penalty for and OFFICER of a bankruptcy permitting any member under suspension for
hazing of any type to participate in any activities of the chapter - ANS-1) Fine of $two
hundred.00
2) Immediate removal from workplace by using Province Polemarch
Penalty for being a player or observer in NON-PHYSICAL HAZING WHEN UNDER
SUSPENSION - ANS-1) Fine of $500.00
2) Suspension for a length not less than 10 years consecutive with any modern suspension
Penalty for being a player or observer in NON-PHYSICAL HAZING WHILE AN OFFICER -
ANS-1) Fine of $two hundred.00 nor more than $500
2) Suspension for a period no longer less than two, nor greater than 15 years
Penalty for Candidate participaing in an act of NON-PHYSICAL HAZING, NOT INVOLVING
FORCE - ANS-Barred from Fraternity membership for a length of two years from the date
the Province Polemarch issues his sanctions for the Prohibited Acts
Penalty for Hazing - ANS-1) Suspended from Fraternity
2) Fined as much as $500
Penalty for member and applicants for physical hazing - ANS-Expelled from the Fraternity or
barred from looking for membership
