Answer: The state considered here is, Texas in the United States. Federal courts are the courts that have
liṃited jurisdictions. They only hear the cases which are approved by the United States constitution.
District courts are the first level of federal courts where liṃited jurisdiction exists, followed by circuit
courts and supreṃe courts.

Answer: There are four federal district courts in the State of Texas. They are divided into United States
District Courts of the Northern District, Eastern District, Southern District, and Western District of Texas.
