§211.27. Reporting Responsibilities of Individuals - Correct answer-Within thirty

days, a licensee shall report to the commission:

- any name change;

- a permanent mailing address other than an agency address;

- all subsequent address changes

- Class C misdemeanor, or for any Class C misdemeanor involving the duties and

responsibilities of office or family violence

- the final disposition of the criminal action

- receipt of a dishonorable or other discharge based on misconduct which bars

future military service.

§211.28 Responsibility of a Law Enforcement Agency to Report an Arrest -

- arresting agency incident, booking, or arrest number; and

- name, address, and telephone number of the court in which such charges are filed

or such arrest is filed or such arrest is filed.

§217.1 Minimum Standards for Initial Licensure - Correct answer-- age

age if the applicant has received:

- an associate's degree; or 60 semester hours of credit from an accredited college or

university; or
