Cel en weefsels

 De cel is de kleinste functionele eenheid van het menselijk lichaam. Alle
organen en weefsels zijn opgebouwd uit cellen.
 Belangrijkste organellen en hun functies:
o Celkern: bevat DNA, regelt eiwitsynthese en celdeling.
o Mitochondriën: energieproductie in de vorm van ATP.
o Ribosomen: synthese van eiwitten.
o Endoplasmatisch reticulum (ER): ruw ER voor eiwitten, glad ER
voor vetten en detoxificatie.
o Golgi-apparaat: bewerking en transport van eiwitten.
o Lysosomen/peroxisomen: afbraak en recycling van stoffen.
 Vier hoofdtypen weefsels:
o Epitheel: bekleding, bescherming en opname.
o Bindweefsel: steun, transport (bloed, vetweefsel, bot).
o Spierweefsel: contractie en beweging (skeletspier, hartspier, gladde
spier).
o Zenuwweefsel: prikkelgeleiding en communicatie.

Skelet en spieren

 Functies skelet: steun, bescherming van organen, hefboomwerking voor
beweging, opslag van mineralen (calcium, fosfaat), productie van bloedcellen
in beenmerg.
 Gewrichten: verbindingen tussen botten die beweging mogelijk maken
(synoviaal = beweeglijk, kraakbeenverbindingen = beperkt, botverbindingen
= onbeweeglijk).
 Spieren: opgebouwd uit spiervezels met contractiele eenheden
(sarcomeren). Contractie door schuiven van actine- en myosinefilamenten
(Sliding Filament Theory).
 Energievoorziening:
o ATP-CP systeem (direct, enkele seconden).
o Anaerobe glycolyse (zonder zuurstof, korte tijd, melkzuurvorming).
o Aerobe verbranding (met zuurstof, langdurig, efficiënt).

Bloed en bloedsomloop

 Bloed = plasma (water, zouten, eiwitten), rode bloedcellen (O ₂-transport),
witte bloedcellen (afweer), bloedplaatjes (stolling).
 Hart als pomp met vier kamers: rechterharthelft pompt naar de longen
(kleine circulatie), linkerharthelft pompt naar het lichaam (grote circulatie).
 Bloeddruk wordt bepaald door slagvolume, hartfrequentie en perifere
weerstand.
