• Chief Complaint (CC):
"My knee still hurts, but it's getting a little
better."
• History of Present Illness (HPI):
Robert is a 52-year-old male recovering from
elective total right knee replacement due to
chronic osteoarthritis. He reports moderate post-
op pain (rated 5/10), some stiffness, and mild
swelling. No signs of drainage, erythema, or
fever. He is ambulating with a walker and
attending physical therapy.
• Past Medical History (PMH):
o Osteoarthritis (knee)
o Hypertension

o Oxycodone-acetaminophen 5/325 mg q6h
