ontwikkelings- en spirituele variabelen en in voortdurende interactie met de omgeving.

Basisstructuur bevat zowel:

- Lichaamstemperatuur
- Genetische structuur
- Reactiepatronen
- Oraansterkte of zwakheden
- Egostructuur




Fysiologische variabele: heeft betrekking op de lichaamsstructuur en het functioneren daarvan

Psychologische variabele: heeft betrekking op alle psychische processen

Sociaal-culturele variabele: heeft betrekking op zowel het sociaal, als cultureel functioneren

Ontwikkelingsvariabele: heeft betrekking op het ontwikkelingsproces in en naar de verschillende
levensfasen

Spirituele variabele: heeft betrekking op de invloed van de (geestelijke) waarden en normen
