Benchmark—Gospel Essentials
A worldview definition is a fix belief that many people choose to live by on a daily
basis. There are various types of worldviews such as attitudinal, ideological, religious and
philosophical views. Each worldview has question within their worldview, although Christian’s
worldview beliefs is set on God by living and seeing their eyes on how God would see it.
Christians would ask questions about the nature of God, the nature of humanity, the nature of
Jesus and the nature of the restoration and in this paper each criterion will be answered. Also,
this paper will discuss the highlights of Gospel and learning all about the Christian worldview
such as their foundation. Lastly, this paper will lead into their analysis of the implication of the
Christian world view then the conclusion that ties this paper together. The main goal of this
paper is the hopes to answer all question one may have involved the Christian worldview. This
essay is not to change a person’s personal belief but to gain knowledge of a different worldview.
Gospel Essential Beliefs
Nature of God
, The nature of God is a different answer for other religions but for Christian’s they believe
that God is the creator of everything which include heaven, earth, universe and every living
creature surround earth. In Genesis 1, the bible explicitly says that God created the Heaven and
earth and everything he created was made in six days. In the Christian worldview, there is only
the one true God, although, it is believed that God exist as three spiritual person which is the
Holy Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Another way of saying that God is three in one is
called Trinity which is a Christian doctrine. "Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—who are united in
one substance or being" (Trinity, 2018) The Trinity helps explain the nature of God and further
explains the characteristic of God. Throughout the Bible, it explains how God is love, faithful,
