Where can you obtain a flag? - ANS At any first, second, or third class post office, at the
fourth class post offices in the county seats or at any field station of the Veterans
Administration (VA),
including contact offices.
The order of preference for signing the VA Form # 9
0-2008 is: - ANS 1. Next of kin or other relative;
2. Person making the funeral arrangements;
3. Funeral director
4. Representative of a veterans' organization having charge of the funeral;
5. Other person having knowledge of the eligibility
of the deceased and acting in the interest of his
