Introduction

Global Green Books Publishing is experiencing a dynamic phase of growth and
transformation, particularly with its expansion into customized eBook publishing for
educational institutions. This rapid progress has brought both opportunities and
challenges, particularly in project management and team leadership. Samantha's
introduction of formal project management practices marked a turning point, leading
to improved schedules, quality outputs, and customer satisfaction. However, as
demands escalate, especially in the eBook division, there is an increasing need to
further develop project management capabilities among supervisors and staff. This
assignment will explore key success factors in project management, analyze risk
management methodologies suitable for their projects, and compare traditional versus
Agile project management approaches in the context of cost estimation at Global
Green Books Publishing.

milestones, technical requirements, and limits and exclusions. A review with the
customer to understand and agree on expectations is also crucial. The absence of a
clearly defined project plan consistently shows up as a major reason for project
failures.

Establishing Project Priorities (Time, Cost, Performance/Scope)

Quality and ultimate project success are traditionally defined as meeting or exceeding
customer and/or upper management expectations in terms of cost, time, and
performance (scope) according to Levitt (2011). Managing the trade-offs among time,
