length is 30 to 60 secs

can you use fundal top to decide the trimester? - ANS-yes. Palpate the fundus.
Cervix that isn't always effaced - ANS-thick
headaches of Labor - ANS-three protocols for headaches of labor
1. Painful returned hard work (low priority)
knee to chest function, (arms and knees) then push (take fist and push in to sacrum)
2. Prolapse cord (ob emergency!!!)
push then position
push head again up, then role to knee chest
three. Interventions of all hard work headaches (ex preclampsia, uterine hypotension,
toxemia etc)
