• safe storage, handling, use, operation, maintenance, inspection, testing, repair, and/or supervision of
the operation or facility for which the certificate is required, in accordance with this code, rules , and any
orhe applicable laws, rules and regulations

• Notifying the Fire Department/911 of any explosion, fire, reportable leak, or other release of
hazardous material, or other emergency related to the duties of his or her certificate

• keeping such certificate upon his or her person or otherwise readily available for inspection by any
representative of the department, at all times while conducting or supervising the material, operation or
facility for which the certificate is requires



P-15 Certificate of Fitness (C of F) - ANSWER • the dispensing of liquid motore fuel at motor fuel
