FACTORS THAT AFFECT PERSON A:


The health factor: person A has a risk of developing type 2 diabetes as they
received a blood test and it was said that he has high blood sugar levels, this
condition is when the body fails to create insulin properly.to prevent this
from occurring person a should make healthy changes in his eating habits
such as eating from the appropriate food groups can improve this
individual's health and prevent future problems. When looking at person A
diet plan you can see that he consumes a lot of caffeine so changing to
healthier fluids would positively impact his health. He usually eats takeout
during lunch as he does 8 hours so he is not home at lunch time, the food
contains a lot of fat and oil so it is very risky to continue to consume this as it
may cause cholesterol to build up in your arteritis. Person A has 1 of 5 a day
most of the time which contains a lot of potassium. This is very suitable for
person A as he uses a lot of movement in his body potassium provides
energy and ensures proper function of the muscles and the nerves.
