Social Responsibility and Managing diverse Employee Population Corporate social responsibility needs to be more than a policy. It needs to be at the center of an organization's operation and work. To effectively perform corporate social responsibilities, an organization needs to factor in the diversity of its employees. Employees are a team that has different backgrounds, which lead to different diversity in the workplace. Different diversities include cultural diversity, age diversity, disability, racial diversity, sexual orientation, and sex/gender diversity.
