Designing Your Life Chapter 2 Reflection The book's authors, Designing Your Life, introduce lifeview, workview, True North, and Building your compass. Workview is what work means to a person by asking questions such as what work is for? Why people do it? It is the philosophy one has about work. Understanding this, it would prove difficult to let other people design our lives. These concepts lead to the understanding that we should be interested in the work we do since work is the most crucial part of human lives because each waking day is spent on working, raising the question of why should we continue involving ourselves with work that does not inspire growth and force us to be our best versions.

Workview Reflection

Work is a critical aspect of life because it is what we spend most of our lives doing. School
