What does this mean?  Rovsing sign  Pt. with GERD and Barrett’s esophagus: Refer to Oncologist  Question about Hepatitis B active Immunology.  Question about pyloric stenosis (Hint is non bilious vomiting, olive like firm mass palpated on right upper quadrant)  Common causes of GERD. Options are (Histamine blocker, BB, CCB, cant remember the last one)  Increase in triglyceride can cause pancreatitis.
