Interprofessional Plan Proposal 2 Interdisciplinary Plan Proposal In this intradisciplinary plan proposal I will be proposing different ways to increase communication within the organization. I plan on starting from administration and working down to increase communication within the organization. Objective My plan is to increase communication within the organization and improve interdisciplinary collaboration. I plan on doing this by having different exercises to help build trust and create a safe environment to facilitate open communication. I also plan on changing strategies within the organization. Improving communication within an organization can help everyone understand their roles within the organization and thus leads to improving patient care. These strategies are all evidence-based and proven to help with communication and interprofessional collaboration.
