What do we do when a student hasn't finished the course yet but has already returned their affidavit to us? - Answer- We create a Trello card in the CX- Operations board. We put it in the DD stack and tag the Swagmaster. Put the following: Take STUDENT NAME + STUDENT EMAIL ADDRESS out of affidavit mode when they complete the course. Leave a comment with the date we received the affidavit and the student's current progress (ex: 11/14/2015- 4.5.6).
