behalen. Een project;
- Werkt naar een unieke output
- Is tijdelijk
- Vereist meerdere specialismen

- Bevat non-routine tasks (geen daily operations)
Hoe is dat anders dan “daily operations”?
Operations = work done to sustain the business on a daily basis (maintenance, IT support,
etc.).

P3M model:
- Portfolio management, Topniveau Strategisch. Ik wil bepaald nieuw systeem bijv.
Bepaalt het doel.
- Program management, Tactisch. Meerdere projecten leiden om doel te bereiken.
- Project management, Operationeel. Uitvoeren van de projecten om doel te bereiken.


Project management: Jongleren met de scope, planning en kosten die zijn afgesproken
voorafgaand aan het project. Deze factoren samen heet de “Triple Constraint”.
