Bags:
- Bagage handing system (BHS)
o Detection of bag jams
o Volume regulation
o Load balancing
o Bag counting, tracking etc.
- Checked baggage inspection systems (CBIS)
o Checks security of the bag
SLA: service level agreement
- Negotiated agreement between two parties
(formally defined)
- Adresses KPI’S
SGHA: standard ground handling agreement
- Dynamic document that reflects the evolution of
the ground handling business over time
- Includes SLA, derived from a negotiation
