The key of international management and marketing for global companies is to dominate
that country's culture. One of the most famous scientific research in this regard is the Dimensions of
National Cultures of Geert Hofstede (Social Psychologist). The objective of this report on the basis
of any two of these studies (Power Distance Index & Individualism versus Collectivism), to
examine the two countries (China & India) of the world which have been developing rapidly in the
last decade.
