New sales strategies as a result of recession
As you are well aware, the recession is biting deep. Our sales strategies, which we
thought to be successful only three months ago, are no longer useful. There is
indication that the market will drop a further 25%.
As a result, we are already experiencing a 60% decrease in buyer rate. Attendances
at show houses have also decreased. Furthermore, sales agents are convincing
sellers to offer 30% below the selling price.
I believe we need to strategise if this company is going to survive this very difficult time
in the market. With a fresh approach and new insights, we can surely turn this around.
Please put together some ideas for our next staff meeting.
