9.1--> Cel communicatie
Wat is cel communicatie?
Cellen kunnen signalen naar elkaar sturen en signalen ontvangen vanuit omgeving en andere
cellen. Wetenschappers denken dat mechanismen voor cel communicatie als eerste
evolueerde in oude prokaryoten en eencellige eukaryoten zoals gist waarna zij evolueerden
tot meercelligen en er adaptatie plaatsvond binnen de celcommunicatie(Reece et al, 2018).
Op wat voor manier vindt lokale cel communicatie plaats?
Door middel van:
1. Cel verbindingen(cel junctions): dit zijn directe verbindingen met het cytoplasma van
aangrenzende cellen. Bij dierencellen worden dit celverbinding genoemd en bij
plantencellen worden dit plasmodesmata genoemd(Reece et al, 2018).
2. Cel-cel herkenning: dierlijke cellen kunnen communiceren met elkaar door middel van
interactie tussen de oppervlakte moleculen op de membranen van de cel(Reece et al, 2018).
3. Signaalmoleculen die worden afgegeven door de signaalcel. Hierbij wordt een
onderscheid gemaakt tussen:
paracriene signalering=een cel reageert op dichtbijgelegen cellen door afgifte van
moleculen van locale regulator.
synaptische signalering=een zenuwcel geeft neurotransmitters af in een synaptische
spleet die de doelcel strimuleren(Reece et al, 2018).
Op wat voor manier vindt lange afstand cel communicatie plaats?
D.m.v hormonen.
Bij dieren: endocriene signalering, endocriene cellen geven hormonen af aan bloed welke
worden getransporteerd door het lichaam en binden aan doelcellen waarop ze effect
hebben.
bij planten: planten hormonen worden planten groei regulator genen genoemd. Ze
verplaatsen door de plant via vaten maar meestal bereiken ze doelcellen door diffusie van
gassen of door het bewegen door cellen(Reece et al, 2018).
