Surgical history: Tonsillectomy and Adenoidectomy age 3, Appendectomy age 10 Social history: Charles lives at home with his parents in a suburban single-family home. Charles has a lot of conflict at home with his parents; his parents were frustrated with his recent hospitalization and his inability to “control himself”. Charles works at an auto parts store 15 hours per week. After graduation, he plans to go to vocational school for auto mechanic.
