The Woman Behind the Netflix Culture Doc The final project for this course is the creation of an analysis and negotiation coaching recommendations for executive leadership (in either paper or presentation format), which the chief human resources officer (CHRO) can read to prepare for the negotiation. The final product represents an authentic demonstration of competency because it is a task that you may be asked to complete in the workplace. The project is divided into two milestones, which will be submitted at various points throughout the course to scaffold learning and ensure quality final submissions. These milestones will be submitted in Modules Three and Six. The final product will be submitted in Module Ten. Your task is to create analysis and negotiation coaching recommendations for executive leadership (in either paper or presentation format), which the CHRO can read to prepare for the negotiation. You will review three resources listed below that provide background information about the Netflix organizational culture, performance expectations, and its unique approach to defined policies and procedures. (Relative to other companies, it has very few policies and procedures.)
