A. Bouwen van informatiesystemen => functioneel-constructieve kloof:
functionele (wat, bedrijfskundig)) en constructieve (hoe, ICT) laag met
constructen/primitieven en 3 stappen in het bouwproces van systemen:
(project management, systeemanalyse, systeemontwerp)
B. Management-aspecten => 2 vakgebieden (IT governance en IT audit) met
2 IT-perspectieven (kostengebaseerd en innovatie)
C. Brug tussen deze twee gebieden => kloof tussen bedrijfskundigen en
technici beperken
2. Innoverend perspectief: vertrokken vanuit de ICT (ook de primaire activiteiten, de
kerk van de organisatie, werd geautomatiseerd/digitaal)
• Andere problematieken bij het bouwen van innovatieve informatiesystemen:
