BUS FP3012 Assessment1 Bus_FP3012 Western Medical Enterprises Application Questionnaire Capella University Leadership Experience After spending a little more than two years as Production Manager, I recently received a promotion to Operations Manager at my current employer. I am responsible for leading 4 supervisors, a production coordinator, and almost one-hundred hourly employees. Daily, I get to work while third shift machining and maintenance employees are still there. I obtain production numbers from the third shift machining lead and compare them to the goals that were set. I then develop production plans for the current day based on overall machining production to the goal set. Once the production numbers are obtained, I decide if production goals need adjusted due to the performance of the team. I also speak with maintenance on third shift to learn if any machines are down that will impact p
