This is the final task for Unit 23 - Aspects of the Legal System and Law-making Process which consists of P8, M3 and D2. For P8, you need to create a table in which you explain the rules of statutory interpretation. For M3, you need to apply the rules of statutory interpretation. Finally, for D2 you need to evaluate the role of the judiciary in the formulation and interpretation of legal rules.

This is the third task of Unit 23 - Aspects of the Legal System and Law-making Process, consisting of P6 and P7. For P6, you need to explain how different types of precedents are applied in court. For P7 however, you need to describe the process of making an Act in Parliament in which the one created in this document is a flow chart.

This is the second task of Unit 23 - Aspects of the Legal System and Law-making Process, consisting of M1 and D1. For M1, you need to compare and analyse the role and function of judges, lawyers and lay people in English courts. For D1, you need to evaluate the effectiveness of lay people in English courts in which you also need to refer to past cases that you have been given.
