Inleiding
Voor mijn praktijkleren heb ik een stageportfolio gemaakt. In dit stage portfolio
bevinden zich de volgende opdrachten:
- Klinisch redeneren:
Hierbij is er een zorgvrager gekozen en worden de eigen observaties gekoppeld aan
medische kennis. Dit wordt gedaan volgens de 6 stappen die beschreven zijn in de
opdracht.
- Onderzoekend vermogen:
Bij onderzoekend vermogen is er aan de hand van een casus een probleem-, vraag-
en doelstelling opgemaakt. Deze stellingen worden beantwoord door middel van
twee wetenschappelijke artikelen.
