Although this point gives a massive lift for the service before it is open, Tenneco's reputation and name alone is not enough to guarantee that the service will be a success with consumers and will satisfy their needs. For any new idea for a unique product or service, the implementation plan is crucial for it to be profitable. Strategic planning is essential due to it is viewed as a set of methods offered to develop a range of strategies to help a company reach its goals and objectives within its first years of performance (Broome et al., 2018, p. 98). Without a plan, success is unlikely to happen. To ensure the implementation plan is accurate and accurate, Tenneco has to address specific factors that are included in the planning stage. The physical and technological resources needed for Tenneco's new online service will be a priority when setting the plan together. Defining what is required, the expense, and how to not overspend will be essential. The implementation schedule is also relevant as staying ahead to ensure there are no obstacles in the service launch.
