approximately 6 months ago, but she has not been on any antihypertensive therapy.

She reports intermittent frontal headaches, fatigue, and occasional blurred vision, especially during periods of stress. She
denies chest pain, palpitations, dyspnea, dizziness, syncope, or lower-extremity edema. She does not routinely monitor her
blood pressure at home.
