Every business manager should motivate their employees. It is very important to the
business. There are multiple reasons why it is so important. One of the big reasons is that it
allows the managers to meet the goals of the company. Employees that are motivated in the
workplace can increase the productivity and allow the businesses more output of their products,
raising their revenue.Other benefits include increased employee improvement, where each
employee puts their best efforts in to what the manager tell them to do. Additionally, it improves
employee satisfaction, which means, employees that feel the positivity around the workplace.
This will help the growth of the company.
There are reasons why your employees wane. One reason might be when an employee
gets assigned a task that is not a connection to them, they will not feel motivated to getting the
task done. If this is occurring, you can ask the individual what she or he cares about. The second
reason would be emotions. Your employees might experience negative emotions, for example,
anger and depression. To fix this, engage in active listening, where you listen and see what you
