SWOT ANALYSIS
STRENGTHS WEAKNESSES
-Multiple options to choose from -Prone to flooding during hurricane season
-Shops located relatively close -No public transportation
-Near school zone (high school) -Some parcels are over budgeted price
-Good parcel available -Housing price caps at $100,000
OPPORTUNITIES THREATS
-Developing in low lying -Church already has down payment on land
-No severe weather flooding in 10 years -Severe weather may cause flooding
-Negotiate to buy out the church for the land -Risks of going over budgeted sale price or
-Negotiate a better price for the second land not securing land

When going through the SWOT report I took into consideration all aspects of the
scenario as well as the trend and minute details.Step 1:I determined that the overall problem was
finding a parcel of land that would be at the right price in order to keep the sale prices of the
homes at a cap of $100,000. This was addressed by looking at the three options and what could
be done with each to attain the desired goal. Step 2:The implications were quite simple as there
were committee members that were vested it shows a great interest in the operation which falls
as internal. The external is that one parcel is the most desired but there is a church that has place
interest and down payment on the property. As far as ethical considerations go the only one, I
see is having the ethical egoism to buy out the church to attain the parcel that is best suited. As it
