Change is about People
- Individuals, but also groups…
- Embedded in technology, structures, rules and regulations, processes, routines, habits,
culture… quite stable things.. that make organizations even more difficult to change
- And organizations and people are embedded in wider environments.
For organizations too – having an idea is important, yet implementing may be hard
