The course considers issues from a holistic and top-management perspective and employs case studies to focus on key interrelationships between strategy, technology, innovation, corporate culture, organization structure and human factors. The objective of this course is to enable participants to identify and evaluate the various challenges and opportunities associated with the nexus of technology, strategy and innovation. The course is based on the students’ individual projects. Using what you learned in prior courses, you will analyze the development of a market or an industry over time, and examine how decisions made by key stakeholders concerning strategy, innovation and other relevant aspects, have shaped the nature of the industry. You are expected to demonstrate your mastery of the concepts, theories and methods covered throughout your studies so far. The main point in this research paper is to find 4 decisions made by stakeholders in internet industry to show how these decisions impact to the industry. 1. find four decisions made by stakeholders 2. analyze each decision that how they shaped the industry, what’s the impact to the e-commerce retail Industry 3. you should have lots of data and multiple course concepts to support the decisions. 4. the course concepts can be anything that learned before, for example, porter’s five forces, pest analysis, dominant design or concepts from global innovation or marketing knowledge. 5. if your decisions can work without course concepts and data, then you are in the wrong direction. 6. so you find four decisions, then using the course concepts and data to show how they impact the industry.
